South West Saunas was founded by two friends, Yussef and Jake, who love saunas. They improve our health, strengthen our communities, and deepen our connection to nature. The more sauna in the world, the better. Especially when combined with cold for true ‘contrast therapy’. We’re starting with our hometown, bringing a sauna to Totnes in South Devon.

Our Sauna
Our Sauna was built by artisans at Madera Masters in Latvia, a country with an ancient tradition of sauna, or ‘pirts’. The use of heat-treated thermowood ensures cleanliness and comfort. The wood-fired heater from Harvia combines traditional heat with modern safety and efficiency.
We are bringing an authentic sauna experience to Totnes, Dartington, Buckfastleigh, and the wider South Devon area.
